Whatever happens to this franchise (now that Nintendo has reclaimed it) is uncertain. It's a good chance that DK, Diddy, and Cranky Kong will carry on, but...what about everything else? The numerous characters, the emotion-churning music and graphics, etc.; everything that Rareware brought to a dark, abandoned franchise that transformed it into one of the greatest things to ever befall videogaming--is it all facing an untimely end?
So many thoughts, so much speculation...yet very few answers. And I'm hoping...I'm PLEADING...that Nintendo is fairly unbiased and sees potential money in the franchise this time around.

But why would Diddy stay if Dixie doesn't? They were both original Rare characters, ne? Well I just hope they ALL stay because without DK and all his friends, videogames mean nothing to me
